Dazzling White Kitchen Cabinets and Careful Lighting
 White kitchen cabinets are the hallmark of this beautiful space.A very trendy and contemporary apartment design where a kitchen space has been placed in the middle of the whole open-plan area. Making this conversion consisted of gutting an older apartment and simply sanding and polishing the floors over the entire area. There are windows on three sides and so the apartment is full of light and warmth. The designer's brief was to put a kitchen in the middle that would blend with the white furniture and keep the minimalist theme. It was to be small yet impressive, with its cutting edge lines and shapes. The surfaces are glossy and easy to clean, cutting down on time spent on housework. The back of the unit serves as a wall separating the living space behind and there is another surface used on which to hang large paintings. There is a second living area in front, and a bedroom to the side enclosed by other shelving units used as bookshelves. Everything in the apartment is colored in whites and greys - this creates a functional and very modern atmosphere.
This plan shows how a really smart kitchen can be created to take up little space, and with its placement in the middle of the space, can act as a division into smaller spaces.
